Must be a graduate Civil Engineering
At least 1-2 years experience as Maintenance Manager
Experience in planning maintenance operations
Solid understanding of technical aspects of plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems etc.
Knowledgeable Engineering App like CADD
Ability to keep track of and report on activity
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
