Description
1. Ensure that the machines always in good working condition
2. Conduct machine preventive maintenance as per indicated at preventive maintenance schedule.
3. Increase production productivity output and reduce line loss
4. Monitor Output quality based on the given standard
5. Conduct machine cleaning as per instruction at cleaning checklist procedures
6. Accomplish Operator Monitoring Form, machine history book and reports s per needed.
7. Supervised assigned manpower on the area of responsibility
8. Report any project proposal for the improvement needed to his supervisor or to the management.
9. Ensure to monitor end implement GMP and HACCP procedure of the company.
10. Ensure to practice all safety procedures at the work place, machines and product handling
