Qualification:
• Preferably completed 2 years in college.
• Must have more than 6 months of call center experience handling international accounts.
• Profile flexibility for those not meeting college education with 6 months BPO voice experience with excellent communication skills.
• Excellent comms is a must.
• Has a good customer service orientation
• Has good communication and interpersonal skills
• Has good analytical skills
• Knowledgeable in MS Office and internet browsing
• Willing to work in shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Onsite work set-up/work in our new site-building - SM Strata."
