JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Logistics Dispatcher will be responsible for:
Scheduling drivers to make deliveries and/or receive shipments and packages.
Communicating with stores, departments, drivers about delivery details, schedule, location, and special handling requests.
Planning pre-determined routes and accommodating route changes as needed.
Preparing and maintaining of dispatch documents, records, driver routes, route changes, as well as delivery and pickup times.
Keeping track of transportation/ delivery regulations and laws to ensure that delivery drivers comply.
Reviewing drivers' logs, including dispatched departure and arrival times.
To qualify for the position, the candidate must have the following qualifications:
Graduate of Bachelor's degree in any field;
At least 1- year experience as a Logistics Dispatcher;
Strong knowledge in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word);
Trustworthy, reliable, and requires minimum supervision;
Can work onsite in Quezon City;
Can start immediately
