Responsibilities
Ensure timely transportation and delivery of goods, both domestically and internationally, while adhering to established logistics procedures and regulations.
Communicate and coordinate effectively with vendors, suppliers, clients, and logistics staff to ensure seamless and efficient operations.
Develop, maintain and improve logistics processes to maximize efficiency and cost savings.
Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics such as on-time delivery, transit times, and order accuracy to identify areas for improvement.
Resolve issues and handle inquiries related to logistics promptly, professionally, and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate records of logistics activities, such as inventory levels, delivery tracking, and order fulfillment.
Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and provide exceptional service to clients.
Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in logistics or supply chain management.
Strong communication and coordination skills with a track record of building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
Familiarity with supply chain management software systems, ERP systems, is a plus.
Proficiency in using MS Office Suite.
Knowledge of international shipping laws and customs regulations is a plus.
