We are looking for a Logistics Assistant to assist our senior logistics manager with coordinating product deliveries. You will be the one to coordinate delivery personnel and processes to achieve the effective distribution of products.
The Logistics Assistant will be responsible for receiving and unpacking products, completing relevant documentation, and coordinating with the delivery personnel.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule.
Heeding notes about appropriate procedures for handling stock.
Signing delivery notes upon receipt of shipments.
Preparing our clients' orders by gathering and checking stock.
Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders etc.
Prepare accurate reports for upper management.
Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits.
Communicate and cooperate with superiors and coworkers.
Requirements and Skills:
College/Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, or any related field.
Prior experience as a Logistics Assistant or related role.
Experience in customer service will be appreciated.
Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
Knowledge of shipping processes and metrics
Willing to work at Pasay City
Willing to work from Monday to Saturday
