Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing and approval of loan applications.
Loan Application Support:
Assist clients in completing loan applications, gathering necessary documents, and clarifying requirements.
Monitor the loan approval process and provide regular updates to clients on the status of their applications.
Ensure timely submission of loan documents and follow-up on pending requirements.
Quota and Sales Management:
Meet or exceed monthly loan sales targets by generating leads, closing deals, and maintaining client satisfaction.
Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports to management, detailing loan applications, approvals, and sales metrics.
Implement marketing strategies to boost loan uptake and explore new opportunities for client acquisition.
Customer Service:
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a smooth loan process.
Educate clients on loan terms, conditions, and repayment schedules to ensure transparency and satisfaction.
Maintain a professional and client-focused approach to enhance the company's reputation and foster long-term relationships.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, marketing, or loan processing, preferably in a financial services or banking environment.
Strong understanding of loan products, terms, and the application process.
