Determine creditworthiness of loan applicants and other related accounts as requested by the marketing unit (Structured Finance)
Process requests of marketing unit (Structured Finance) for loan recommendation
Coordinate with Credit and Collection for Appraisal/Credit Investigation of accounts
Coordinate with Operations and Legal for other necessary for account processing
Ensures credit evaluation is applied to all borrowing accounts
Conducts regular and timely credit review of the assigned portfolio of Corporate and Commercial accounts
Prepare analytical materials, establish and adjust limits based on the results of monitoring and analysis of the financial situation and information
Provides comprehensive Transaction Sheet which includes projected financial analysis, key risks and mitigating factors, and assessment of the financial package and recommendations.
Joins Account Officers in client calls to get inputs for business reviews.
Monitor loan approval and expiry of lines
Updates and disseminates accounts and exposure monitoring system
Other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time that will support organizational goals and objectives.
Graduate of any Business Course;
At least with one to two -year working experience with Loans and Credit processing;
Preferably with background/knowledge in financial analysis;
Strong analytical and planning skills;
Good communication and presentation skills; * Excellent problem-solving skills.
