Job Description:
The loan support professionals will be trained in performing specific business tasks of a US company engaged in housing loans (mortgage). You will most likely be working during US business hours. Agents will read, extract, and make use of data from provided documents such as hazard insurance, preliminary title, payoff statements, and other pertinent mortgage loan documents.
Qualifications(highly desired but not required):
• 2-year college degree, plus 2 or more years of work experience
• 4-year college degree (or higher), plus 1 or more years of work experience
• Typing skills of at least 40 words per minute
Highly desired but not required:
• Any work experience in the BPO industry.
• Experience and knowledge of US mortgage documents and the US mortgage process.
Skills Needed:
• Strong English reading and comprehension skills
• Ability to follow instructions in English and adhere to defined procedures
• Customer service skills and ability to deal with people respectfully
• Good technical knowledge
