LOAN SPECIALIST
 
Job Responsibilities:
Communicates directly with the client (phone & email)
Update client every 2 days (minimum) on progress of the unit
Prepares documents for client
Structural central file storage (google drive) in required manner for compliance (ensure all documents stored in correct folder and file name standard)
Update client contact details
Follow call scripting to engage with client, check satisfaction levels, identify any further  needs or issues (if required)
Liaising with clients, brokers/agents and financial institutions on a daily basis
Accurately input information received from Financial Institutions into Process Street;
Ensure the correct rate and product is implemented once a client chooses an option;
Job Qualifications:
Male/Female
Bachelor of Science in Business in Administration/Bachelor of Science in Accounting
At least 1-2 years of experience in Accounts Management; Knowledge in HDMF and bank loan processing is a must
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Working Hours:
7:30 AM to 5:30 PM (Mon- Fri)
