Responsibilities:
-Provide Seamless customer service to clients inquiring about their loan application and status.
-Answer queries pertaining to loan documents needed.
-Provide an estimated amount they can avail based on their monthly income.
NOTE: Loan Officer will not be the one to approve the loan application. The approval comes from the pre-underwriting team.
Qualifications:
-At least a high school graduate (old curriculum) or senior high school graduate (new curriculum).
-With or without BPO experience.
-Good verbal & written communication skills.
-Willing to work in Graveyard shift and shifting schedule.
