About the Role
As an Application Specialist, you are responsible in accurately inputting information from lenders into Process Street. You will manage documents of clients and make sure all information received are organised and properly filed.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Prepare a request for supporting documents from clients through File Invite.
Check supporting documents received from clients (example: bank statements, identification documents, income documents...) to ensure they comply with the lender's requirements.
Complete a 'supporting document checklist' for each client on Process Street.
Rename the supporting documents received accordingly to the company's naming convention.
Accurately input information from supporting documents provided by the clients into the company's system (FLEX).
Preparation of the application form and pack to be sent to clients.
Submission of the loan application to the lender.
Secondary Tasks:
Call lenders for post-settlement checks.
Call lenders to check on current loan details for clients.
Order and follow-up valuations.
Prepare property profile reports.
Order and follow-up pricing discounts.
Completion of discharge and variation forms.
Complete property reports through RP Data.
About You

You are process oriented person, has exemptional attention to detail, and have a genuine interest in properties as you will be providing support to help our clients achieve their dream house. Working with small team, you are not afraid to voice out your ideas and should be a fast learner.
Position Prerequisites
Australian Loan Mortgage experience is a MUST.
Experience with working in a small team will be looked at favourably, especially with long tenure in the same role.
Ideally have worked in the home loans department of a bank or with a mortgage broker.
Basic to Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
Good level of verbal and written communication.
High attention to detail.
High organisational skills.
Enjoys process and repetition of work.
Self-motivated, ability to read and understand a brief fully, and clarify/confirm direction.
Ability to maintain high quality performance with varied deadlines and competing priorities.
Confident personality willing to make decisions, own mistakes and make improvements.
