The billing clerk will be assigned to the Lala Logistics and will be accountable for creating billing invoices, issuing them to customers by all necessary means.
Additional Responsibilities:
Issue monthly customer billing statements
Issue billing invoices to customers in a timely manner
Update customer files with issued invoices
Daily correspondence with internal project managers and customers for invoicing and accounts receivable collections
Provides clients with accurate and complete information necessary for reconciliation of billing with clients
What you'll need
1 year of related work experience preferably in the logistics industry.
Bachelor's Degree
Must be willing to work either in the Quezon City or Makati office when necessary
