We are looking for a dedicated purchasing associate to join our Lala Automotive - Auto Shop team in Quezon City. The purchasing associate reports to the Project manager and is responsible for identifying suppliers, researching goods and services, processing purchase orders, and verifying delivered items. This role will be supporting Auto Shop to grow its business model by strengthening its capabilities in the supply side.
Responsibilities
Supplier sourcing, selecting the most suitable suppliers in terms of reliability, product quality, and cost-efficiency
Requesting cost proposals and negotiating contracts and prices, provide feasible purchasing proposal to Finance team and the project manager to sustain the profit model
Exploring on the partnership model with potential partners within the Auto industry.
Preparing and processing purchase orders
Scheduling and verifying purchase deliveries
Monitoring inventory levels and determining purchase needs
Working closely with the Sales and Operation team to develop the product list for E-Shop
Building and Maintaining positive, long-term supplier relations
Establishing supplier management Mechanism
Requirements:
Degree in business administration, procurement, or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience as a purchasing agent or in a similar position, in Auto Industry or E-Commerce is preferred.
Proficiency in CRM and inventory management software programs.
Negotiation and Interpersonal skills, able to negotiate deal with suppliers.
Communication and Presentation skill, able to report and present logically;
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously to meet goals and deadlines
Must be willing to work in Quezon City
