Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
Live Broadcast Management: Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day operations of live broadcasts, including overseeing dealers, camera operators, and technical staff. Ensure the smooth execution of gaming sessions, maintaining a high level of quality and professionalism.
Technical Oversight: Collaborate with technical teams to ensure all equipment, cameras, audio systems, and broadcasting software are functioning optimally. Troubleshoot technical issues in real-time to minimize disruptions during live broadcasts.
Staff Training and Development: Train and mentor live broadcast operators, providing guidance on best practices, procedures, and customer service. Implement ongoing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the live broadcast team.
Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure that live broadcasts meet the established standards for video quality, sound, and overall production value.
Compliance and Regulations: Stay informed about relevant gaming regulations and compliance requirements.
