We're now looking for an ambitious LinkedIn Business Development Specialist to become a key part of our growth strategy.
 
This is not a data entry role. It's not about sending hundreds of generic LinkedIn messages.
 
And it's certainly not about sitting back and waiting for opportunities to come to you.
 
We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys sales, building relationships and creating new business opportunities.
 
You'll work directly with our Director, helping generate qualified appointments with hiring managers across Australia through strategic LinkedIn business development using the Director's Linkedin profile for outreach.

What You'll Be Doing
 
You'll be responsible for generating new business opportunities through personalised LinkedIn outreach and relationship building.
 
Your day will include:
Building relationships with hiring managers across multiple industries.
Starting genuine conversations through LinkedIn.
Nurturing prospects over time through thoughtful follow up.
Maintaining a highly organised sales pipeline within our CRM.
Recording conversations, managing follow up schedules and ensuring no opportunities are lost.
Booking qualified appointments for our Director.
Monitoring LinkedIn for hiring activity and other buying signals.
Working with our Director and Marketing Manager to maximise the effectiveness of marketing campaigns through LinkedIn follow up.
Suggesting new ideas and continually improving our business development strategy.
Who We're Looking For
 
You'll ideally have experience in:
Business Development
Sales
SDR
Lead Generation
Recruitment
Account Management
You'll also have:
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
A genuine passion for sales and relationship building.
Strong commercial awareness.
A highly organised approach to managing your pipeline.
The ability to work independently.
A proactive mindset with the confidence to contribute ideas.
Excellent attention to detail.
High levels of integrity and professionalism.
Experience using LinkedIn for business development and CRM systems is highly regarded.
