Graduate of any four year business course
At least six months experience in encoding
Excellent in oral and written communication skills
Accurately and efficiently encode data on terminal's website for pre advise request (laden and empty containers).
Confirm that the data entered is align with the original documentation/request especially for laden containers.
Maintains 2 hours KPI in responding to emails.
Organize and maintain original documents.
Transcribe, scan or photocopy hard copy of documents and forms as needed.
Adhere to and meet set schedules and deadlines.
Perform any other office tasks that management requires assistance.
Report any errors/inconsistencies to direct supervisor.
Requirements * Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
