Qualifications:
Bachelor of Laws / Juris Doctor of Laws
Bar Exam Passer - Member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines
Bar 2017, 2018, 2019 passer
Background in Corporate House Keeping (Nice to have)
Certified Public Accountant (Nice to have)
Can speak Visayan dialect (Nice to have)
Job Description:
Corporate legal compliance, implementation of audit execution, formulation and/or updates of company policies and procedures alongside with Operations, HR and Finance.
Employment contracts, handbooks, disciplinary manuals and employment policies in general and labor issues.
Supply Agreements, Management Contract, and Operating Agreements with mining partner sources.
Laws governing share dealings, shareholders, directors and mergers and acquisition as guided by the Revised Corporate Code, Code of Corporate Governance for publicly listed companies, and Securities Regulation Code;
Internal treasury policies and relevant local taxes and real property taxes under the Local Government Code and national taxes, charges, and imposts under the National Internal Revenue Code, as amended and the Tariff and Customs Code of the Philippines;
Compliance with Data Privacy Act (DPA), Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA), Insurance Code and other government mandated requirements in relation to the primary and secondary purposes of the corporation.
