Legal CounselTransnational Diversified Group

The Legal Counsel is primarily responsible for representing TDG and its member companies in various legal proceedings as well as meeting with various government agencies. He makes sure that concerned companies are updated with the status and developments of their respective cases.
Provides TDG operating companies with updates on the latest decisions/laws relative to their business.
Personally monitors cases filed by or against TDG operating company/ies and regularly updates clients regarding the status of their cases.
Renders advice to management on proposed corporate transactions.
Provides specialized legal services on Labor cases.
Performs litigation and appellate practice before the regular and appellate courts and other quasi-judicial agencies.
Holds meetings with government officials and other law practitioners regarding important issues affecting the operations of client company/ies.
Participates in relevant meetings and seminars of operating company/ies.
Acts as legal liaison before various government agencies such as the Securities and Exchange Commission, Bureau of Internal Revenue, and Department of Labor and Employment.
Prepares all relevant reports requested by Management.
Maintains necessary databases of the department.
Assists in maintaining and updating Departmental processes and procedures/ guidelines manuals.
Conducts lectures and seminars on Labor issues.
Assists during group-wide and company-wide events.
Serves as Records Management Coordinator / Workplace Coordinator / Internal Quality Auditor
Strong analytical and planning skills;
Good communication and presentation skills;
The candidate must have passed the Bar exam
With at least 2 years experience and must be knowledgeable in corporate law, labor laws, contract management, litigation, etc.
Applicants must be willing to work in Taguig City.
