As a Legal Assistant, you will be responsible for providing assistance to the Legal Services Head by ensuring compliance, implementing rules, and other regulatory agencies for the continued existence of the Cooperative, and other affiliate cooperatives.
Tasks will include:
Preparation and update of all legal documents in compliance with the different regulatory agencies
Coordination and ensuring proper compliance with the regulatory agencies
Facilitation of fulfillment of administrative legal requirements
Qualifications:
Graduate of any course related to Legal Management/BS in Cooperatives with experience and familiarity with Cooperative structure
Knowledge of CDA regulatory, and operational requirements, and implementing Rules and Memorandum Circulars
Knowledge of DO-174 and it's implementing rules
