THE ROLE
The Legal Assistant will partner with our client's paralegal team and enable the business to run more efficiently. This role will research and prepare client documents and agreements.
SCHEDULE: 9 AM - 6 PM Eastern Daylight Time (9 PM - 6 AM Philippine Local Time), follows Philippine holidays
POSITION TYPE: Full Time
WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
· Provide a consistently professional and upbeat client experience for all new and existing customers through professional phone and email interaction
· Provide administrative support to paralegal
· Research, prepare, and input information for client documents and agreements
· Manage documents and collection
· Prepare project status reports
· Receive and organize copies of emails from and to clients, professional partners, and clients
· Work on various software programs
· Perform special projects as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
· A Bachelor's degree in the related field is preferred
· Experience in a franchise or legal background is a plus
· Experience in a multi-client environment
· Strong computer aptitude, which includes expertise with Microsoft 365 applications
· Strong organization, oral and written communication skills
· Analytical skills with particular attention to detail
· Aptitude in data management, analytics, reporting preparation
· Ability to function in an autonomous environment-independent worker, self-directed
