Legal Assistant with experienceILO Construction

Maintaining and organizing hard copies and soft copies of legal and corporate documents.
Draft, revise and proofread of legal and corporate documents such as SPA, Affidavits, Deeds, Declaration of Trust, Agreements, and Memos.
Assist in the processing of payments for the legal billings from external partners.
Assist in documentation of amendments, increase in ACS, transfer of shares, etc.
Assist in finalizing the General information sheet before submission to SEC and BIR.
Ensure the update and renewing permits such as Business Permit, FSIC, etc.
Assist the external lawyer in processing other documents such as, Visas, AEP, ACR, I-Cards of expats.
Qualifications:
Graduate of Law, Political Science or related course.
With at least 5 years experience in lending, fintech, financial institutions.
Knowledgeable in BIR transactions.
Amendable to work in Makati City
Willing to start immediately.-Requirements- Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree

Job Description:
