LEASING SALES SPECIALIST

As a Leasing Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving lease revenue by effectively marketing and leasing available units to prospective tenants. You will play a crucial role in building relationships with potential tenants, showcasing our properties, and closing deals.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation: Actively seek out potential tenants through various channels including online platforms, networking events, and referrals. Identify and qualify leads based on specific criteria.
Marketing and Leasing: Develop and implement creative marketing strategies to attract potential tenants. Conduct property tours, showcase unit features, and present lease options in a compelling and informative manner.
Negotiation and Closing: Effectively negotiate lease terms and conditions with prospective tenants, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements. Secure signed leases and collect all necessary documentation.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants throughout the lease cycle. Address tenant inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure high levels of tenant satisfaction.
Market Analysis and Reporting: Stay abreast of current market trends, competitor activity, and rental rates. Analyze leasing data and prepare regular reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Administrative Tasks: Manage lease applications, maintain accurate records, and handle other administrative duties related to leasing operations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in leasing sales.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Excellent customer service orientation with a focus on building lasting relationships.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant technology tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
