Qualification:
- Preferrably living in Sta. Rosa, Laguna or nearby city
- Atleast 5 years of experience is required in this position
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any field
Basic function:
- To coordinate regular property inspections, visit properties to verify that they've been properly repaired and respond to tenant complaints by arranging for an inspection as soon as possible.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, develop and create strategies, policies, projects and procedures that will increase, improve, and maximize tenant occupancy of the malls
- Review, analyze, propose and advise management and tenants on product/service mix concepts, construction requirements and compliance to contractual obligations
- Oversee the administration and integration of sales and marketing functions in order to ensure improvement of the performance of tenants, tenancy and leasing operations for the purpose of actualizing target rental income budget and planned occupancy levels
- Achieve tenant satisfaction within the limits and conditions provided by the mall management and other related regulations, company policies and procedures, convention and practices that have been established
- Leasing out vacant spaces and prospecting of potential retail/business partners
- Planning of tenant mix and proposing of retail concepts to Management
- Preparation of Memos to Departments and Department Heads that have a financial impact on the project
- Monitoring of collection of deposits
- Monitoring of construction and opening of tenants
- Preparation of Memos to Departments and Department Heads that have a financial impact on the project.
- Preparation of Budget Report and Financial Reports.
- Regular submission of weekly reports for the chairman/owner of the company.
- Preparation of reports on Sales Analysis and Memos pertaining to Rental Concessions and Adjustment in the Lease Terms.
- Direct handling of Meetings with Tenants including their issues and concerns.
- Preparation of Leasing Reports.
- Maintain good relationship with tenants.
