Job Summary:
As a Leasing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing leasing activities. You will play a crucial role in lease structuring, tenant prospecting, negotiation, administration, property promotion in collaboration with Marketing, and market analysis.
Key Functions: * Lease Structuring:
Develop and implement effective lease structures tailored to meet the specific needs of international large brokers.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in lease agreements.
Tenant Prospecting:
Identify and prospect potential tenants to ensure a consistent pipeline of leasing opportunities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to attract and engage prospective tenants.
Lease Negotiation:
Conduct negotiations with tenants, brokers, and other stakeholders to achieve favorable leasing terms.
Work closely with legal and finance teams to finalize lease agreements.
Lease Administration:
Oversee the end-to-end lease administration process, including documentation, renewal, and termination procedures.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leasing transactions.
Property Promotion (in partnership with Marketing):
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective strategies for promoting available properties.
Utilize various marketing channels to showcase properties to potential tenants and brokers.
Market Analysis:
Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on market research.
