Requirement
8-9 work experience on the same field
Bachelor's Degree holder
must be willing to work in shifting schedule
Experience managing SAP Success factor
Responsibilities:
Works with internal stakeholders to advise on training needs, best practices, system capabilities, assignments and rollout strategy. Understands the best way to set up training for the desired client outcome.
Can provide direction and advice on creating training materials, understands different training modalities (ILT, VILT, WBT) and makes recommendations for blended approaches that fit the organization's needs.
Makes appropriate connections when training requests are made
Understands client's training policies and governance (who can make configuration changes in the system, what approvals are necessary to assign training to certain audience levels, provides a point of view on whether training should be required or recommended).
Trains additional administrators when required
