The Global Talent & Engagement Team is seeking a Learning Delivery Capacity Analyst.
This is an opportunity to join the Travel & Lifestyle Services (TLS) organization within the Global Talent & Integration team. GTI is a central team, who partners across all of TLS. GTI designs and delivers first-class learning and knowledge solutions to engage and grow our servicing colleagues and leaders, to drive business performance and attract and retain top talent. As the L&D Capacity Analyst, your primary responsibilities will be full management and scheduling of all training initiatives for Learning & Performance Specialists, while providing insightful capacity reporting for key partners.
Responsibilities:
Working in close partnership with the Learning Delivery Managers and other L&D Capacity Analysts, to meet the learning demands across TLS through capacity planning, forecasting, and scheduling of LPS resources
Collaborating with Learning Delivery Managers to align and prioritize training initiatives
Managing and updating LPS skills matrices, to help match LPS skills to each training initiative
Improving our efficiencies and skill base across the team, ensuring equitable distribution of opportunities
Handling and scheduling PTO request
Identifying and implementing process improvements through collaboration to drive efficiencies
Driving standardization and standard processes for all learning forecast, scheduling, and capacity processes
Providing regular reporting and analysis to Leadership teams
Representing Learning Delivery in collaboration with WFM, Talent Analytics, Partners and other teams as needed for all scheduling needs.
Qualifications:
Strong working knowledge of capacity planning and scheduling
Advance Excel skills, with the ability to run and analyze data, to produce relevant reporting
Understanding of training environment and training processes
Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
Superb time management and ability to prioritize
Proven track record to prioritize multiple projects and look for contingency options, proactively adapting plans and priorities when necessary
Analyzing new information quickly, think creatively and challenge traditional servicing approaches
Proven ability to get results without direct supervision
Ability to work a flexible schedule in a global environment

Location: BGC Corporate Center 2, 5th Avenue corner 30th Street, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig
Workplace Flexibility: Full time. Must be amenable to follow a hybrid work arrangement (onsite and work from home)
Work From Home Requirements:
Must have at least 25 mbps internet connection plan / speed
