Description
Responsible in designing, developing and ensuring proper implementation of all programs and interventions intended to improve organizational performance and effectiveness in the attainment of its strategic objectives
Duties:
1. Designs and analyzes organizational structure based on the needs and goals of the organization
2. Design training programs, modules and course materials
3. Develops and Updates Job Description
4. Develops program to improve organizational performance and effectiveness based on the gathered data
5. Creates and Updates Competency Profile
6. Facilitates performance target setting, monitoring and evaluation
7. Facilitates Training Program and Follow-Through
8. Conducts Workload and Workforce Analysis for the manpower planning
9. Gathers and analyzes data from the following to serve as basis in developing programs for the organizational performance and effectiveness Employee Engagement Survey Organizational Culture Survey Demographic Risk Assessment Other relevant tool
10. Provides Developmental intervention to employees Individual Development Plan (policy) Performance Improvement Plan (policy)
11. Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, or consultations with managers or instructors
12. Monitor and evaluate training programs to ensure relevance and effectiveness
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Years of experience: 2
Language(s): Tagalog ,English
Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Project management
