Job Summary: The Learning & Development Specialist assess the learning needs of the affiliates, members, and partners;. Develops and designs the overall structure and content of the training modules; Delivers training programs and assess the efficacy of training modules.
Required Qualification:
College graduate, bachelor's degree in education, psychology, or human resource management preferred but not required.
With experience in module development, training delivery, and management of learning programs.
Experience in microfinance operations is preferred but not required.
Willing to travel or be assigned anywhere within the scope of the organization.
