4 years College graduate of any course but preferably behavioral, bachelor of arts, and Management courses. Excellent clerical and facilitation skills Knowledgeable in using photoshop, filmora at other photo and video editing applications. Knowledgeable in MS applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) Have training, coaching, and facilitation experiences Events management or a like experience
Responsible for the new store personnel orientation program before deployment to the assigned store. Establishes performance expectations and conducts verbal and written evaluations based on expectations. Responsible for the review, research and design/re-design of training and developmental modules and programs for store operations personnel.
Provide regular assistance to store personnel especially to newly hire in terms of learning.
Accommodate special training sessions requested by SOMs/ASMs upon approval of the Training Manager. Create, design, and recommend any motivational activities that can be utilized in the store to keep the excitement and momentum. Ensure that the department/section is working based on the approved budget through constant monitoring of the expenses. Ensure accurate and timely delivery of reports.
