Job Summary:
Responsible for the virtual observation and assessment of learning delivery skills of learning specialist on multiple accounts to address new hire learning experience, and pre-production attrition by completing supplementary observations, facilitate coaching session, and deliver reinforcement sessions addressing the top observation opportunity, and improve overall new hire learning experience.
Job Functions
Evaluating Learning Specialist and classroom environments
Partnering to develop Individual and program level action planning
Perform coaching and Learning Specialist feedback & development sessions
Key Responsibilities
Conduct visual and audio observations of classrooms for various clients.
Evaluate center learning specialist developmental needs.
Partner with learning delivery leaders to align learning specialist development plans.
Participate in learning calibrations (Internal and External)
Participate in a variety of special projects and perform administrative duties as assigned.
Promote, create, and deliver a positive, fun, and rewarding classroom learning environment.
Creating an environment to support new hire retention
Collect data from multi-functional resources and Alorica learning dashboard
Source data needed for their assigned focus learning specialist and programs
Improve Learning Specialist classroom facilitation performance
Required skills:
Strong platform/facilitation skills
Familiarity with excel (Basic to Intermediate)
Able to use aggregate formulas: SUM, AVERAGE, COUNT NUMBERS, MAX and MIN.
Able to use other formulas: TEXT Functions, DATE Functions, LOOKUP functions
Use of other Excel feature tools such as PivotTable and Charts
Experience in creating reports
Understanding and interpreting data/reports
Other Skills:
Technology skills such as Power BI/Power Apps skill
Expert/Advanced Excel skills
Project Management Skills
Other Related Duties
Create best in class new hire learning experience
Other duties as assigned
