Connect Energy partners with an EPC company that specialized in onshore refinery / petrochemical projects. They are currently urgently looking for this position to join their team in Philippines / Singapore.
Responsibilities
To lead a team the Tankage design team
Review and check of tankage design documents
Interface with lead engineers, client, contractors, vendors, government agencies and certification agencies
Preparation, monitoring and control engineering document control list
Preparing engineering schedule and manhours estimation to meet project requirements
Coordination with PMC and construction coordination
Participates in discipline and inter-discipline design check and screening meetings for compatibility, completeness and correctness in works
FEED & Pre-bid work
Preparation of technical specification for works and Technical Bid Evaluation
Preparation and Compliance for Engineering Audit Requirements
Job assignments, Mentoring and Supervision of works for Designers and Design Engineer
Technical assistance to construction activities and attending to Site Queries
Preparation of Foundation Loading Data
Generate 2D construction drawings and data sheet
Preparation of purchase requisition for tank accessories.
Checking of construction drawings
Preparation of bill of material for purchasing
Preparation of technical queries to client base on design deviation
Proactive in creating safe working environment
Requirements
Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Min. 10 years experience in design engineering role for O&G industry preferably in refinery / petrochemical / tankage projects
Software knowledge: AUTOCAD, MS Excel, MS Word
Code Knowledge: API650, API620, ASME Section VIII D1 & D2, ASME Section II Part A & D, ASTM, NFPA
Candidates who are currently residing in PHILIPPINES will be an advantage which will then relocate to Singapore.
