A Lead System Administrator is accountable for integrating and implementing the infrastructure that supports the customer's computer systems administration. A professional Lead System Administrator takes responsibility for effective provisioning, installation, operation, and maintenance of the company's hardware, software, and infrastructure; participating in technical research and development projects; ensuring that the OS, hardware, and software of the organization adheres to the standard policies and procedures.
The role is project-based and will run for 4-6 months.
What You Will Do:
2nd level of IT support in Manila
Support our Manila team members with any IT incident (macOS and Windows)
Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
Prepare IT equipment for new hires and off-board employees
Jira queue ticket management
IT Inventory management
Manage SaaS products, such as Office 365, Box, Slack, Zoom
White glove support to our executives
Provided technical support for corporate client/server systems.
Qualifications and Skills Requirements
5+ years of technical exposure in an operational and support environment.
Excellent communication skills; verbal and written.
Ability to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of the organization.
Self-starter, able to complete a series of tasks independently
Outstanding organization skills
Easy to approach mentality, flexibility, and customer service focus.
High motivation, team-oriented way of thinking.
Intune, Autopilot, Mozilla and Apple MDM management is a plus
