Manage a small team of engineers in developing new features for our currently existing internal web-based system
Leads and coordinates various engineering functions and operations including quality assurance, testing, production, and research and development of new and existing features
Work alongside the hiring team to interview and train new engineering hires
Provide your own ideas and work alongside our managers in our operations team to ensure their projects are carried out
Communicate with the management team to ensure all projects are running smoothly
5+ years experience as a software developer/engineer
Has experience with managing or leading a small engineering team;
Has experience with full stack development and/or devops
Familiar with the following technologies: React, Node, GraphQL, Docker, MongoDB, AWS
Good understanding of agile development and continuous integration
Strong written and verbal communication skills (at least intermediate level of the English language)
Excellent problem-solving skills
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
