You will be part of the growing Payroll GBS team servicing Dexcom employees in APAC region.
Where you come in: (target 5-8 bullets, max 10)
APAC Payroll Analyst must have solid experience in APAC Payroll covering Philippines, Malaysia, Japan, Singapore, Australia and New Zealand.
Participate in team's projects as required by manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.
Role maintains accurate process documentations (SOP's), extensive knowledge on Payroll and Timekeeping process controls
Monitors Payroll Team's metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) for operational decision making through daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to management
Oversee the team's training need and requirements
Responsible for Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and backup system
What makes you successful: (target 5-8 bullets, max 10)
A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration or related field preferred
Minimum of 7 years end-to-end payroll processing
Must have substantial Payroll and Timekeeping system experience like Workday, ADP eTime, ADP Celergo, ADP Vista, ADP Global View
Strong in the management of systems implementation and process improvement projects
Effective communicator and skilled negotiator; With the ability to optimize department capabilities, processes, and work harmoniously internally and externally to arrive at workable solutions
Well planned, organized with keen attention to detail. Strong analytical and time management skills.
Knowledgeable about risks and controls assessment and can implement the framework to the team

Experience and Education
Typically requires a Bachelors degree and a minimum of 8-12 years of related experience.
At this level a graduate degree may be desirable with 4 years of related experience.
