YOUR TASKS:
Summary
Support and assist the Supervisor as required and provide backup for absence/peaks in Operational functions
Accountabilities
Operations Supervisor:
Assist in day to day activities and to support and provide guidance to their peers.
Assist in implementation of projects to address regional and network imperatives and programmes
Assist in ensuring operational practices and procedures are carried out effectively.
Training and Development Staff
All other departments within DHL
Assist in ensuring maintenance requirements of facility, equipment and infrastructure, are carried out in accordance with regional guidelines and company image
Operations Supervisor
In conjunction with the Supervisor ensure Operations Agents are trained and developed to meet business and succession needs.
YOUR PROFILE:
Exhibits an exceptional degree of ingenuity, creativity, resourcefulness and empathy.
Analyzes and resolves complex cross-functional issues.
Well-developed relationship skills and ability to network with multiple levels of an organization and other business units.
