Our brand, , a DOLE-licensed headhunting and recruitment agency in the Philippines, is proud to partner with a E-Commerce Enabler in their search for a Lead Media Buyer based in Taguig.Salary Range: ₱130,000 - ₱150,000Work Setup: OnsiteShift Schedule: Day ShiftLocation: Taguig CityThe roleThe Lead Media Buyer is responsible for overseeing teams of media planners and performance marketing, working with clients and internal brands on digital media plan, developing new digital media advertising formats, setting up, implementing and managing the overall digital media strategy.Your Responsibilities:Oversee strong performance marketing strategy & execution planReview and approve budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and ensure that budgets are being maximized.Ensure successful planning, execution, optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channelsIdentify and tests new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metricsMotivate performance marketing team by providing guidance and recommendation to achieve goalsProvide critical oversight of performance KPIs and client performance updatesManage the relationship with key partners across the digital landscape - driving innovation in marketing technology capabilitiesBuild a pipeline of strategic business opportunities by building a network and creating business plans for new distribution or other media revenue opportunities.Work with various cross functional partners including ecommerce business leadership, marketing, and creative teams to align objectives and develop campaignsEnsure that media operations are seamless and efficient across different internal stakeholders (finance, commercial, Business Intelligence team). * Ensure that the media team is well equipped; strong in data analytics; ad buyingEnsure that all stakeholders are managed - reaching media campaign targetWhat we're looking for:
Bachelor's Degree
7+ years managing projects and teams in an advertising or digital media agency or a combination of agency/client-side experience
ECommerce experience is preferred
Experience with Digital Ad buying and media planning (Meta, CPAS, onsite solutions)
Reporting and Analytics
Excellent presentation skills
Mastery of Excel
Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset
Leadership skills
Ability to make business decisions based on data
