About the Client:
Our client is one of the fastest growing education organizations in Australia, and they are currently expanding globally. They are looking for a long-term dedicated Lead Generator to join their organization as an integral part of their team.
About the Role:
This role is expected to build a healthy pipeline of leads while supporting the Sales and Marketing Team in reaching out to clients through email marketing and managing the social media campaigns.
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation
Develop deep understanding of the target market
Prospect, generate, and process leads
Data scraping to find leads via LinkedIn, website research, events, etc
Research the contact information of key officials and potential customers
Qualify prospects and collect the information for the company to initiate engagement via email campaigns
Track all results and create a transparent reporting system for management
Upload and manage the pipeline of leads in Salesforce CRM
Continuously update and expand the database through other channels such as referrals, Google search, public lists/database
Social Media Admin
Use social media marketing tools to maintain the company's brand
Research social media trends and inform management of changes that are relevant to the company's marketing activities
Setting key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, such as targets for a certain number of shares or likes and measuring a campaign's performance against the KPIs
Respond to comments when needed to create a more engaging community
Measure web traffic to content (e.g. conversion and bounce rates)
Coordinate with various parties within the company to obtain essential reports needed by the Executives
Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
2 to 5 years of proven experience in prospecting and lead generation in a B2B or B2C sales capacity
Previously worked as a Social Media Manager/Marketing Specialist or a similar role
Data mining and researching skills
Abreast with the extraction of leads from other online sources such as social media and lead generation tools
Solid expertise in social analytics, social monitoring/listening tools.
Basic understanding of PPC, email marketing, and events marketing
Has experience using Salesforce CRM
Good foresight to grab new marketing trends and ad opportunities
Has the ability to develop a good understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
Proficient in Salesforce CRM
A proven track record of increasing sales revenue by hitting or exceeding targets.
Conscientious, hard-working, and driven to improve sales and activity performance beyond targets.
Good organizational and time management skills with the flexibility to reprioritize as necessary.
