Lead Generation Specialist
Full time | 40 hours per week
Php 35,000 to 38,000 take-home pay monthly
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PHT

About the Role:
This role will be responsible for the development of the lead generation program and nurturing outbound / inbound sales lead campaigns. This position will play a crucial role in proactively prospecting leads, getting pertinent information, and updating the database for the Sales Specialist to reach out to.
Key Responsibilities
Develop deep understanding of the target market based on the technology solution offered
Prospect, generate, qualify, and process leads
Qualify prospects and collect the information for the company to initiate engagement via phone and mass email communication
Track all results and create a transparent reporting system for management
Continuously update and expand the database through other channels such as referrals, Google search, public lists/database
Ensure goals are met monthly
Qualifications:
3-5 years of proven experience in prospecting and lead generation in a B2B sales capacity
Experienced in B2B Lead Generation with a preference for real estate, property management, HOA industry
Data mining and researching skills
Abreast with the extraction of leads from other online sources like Social Media engagements through LinkedIn, Facebook groups, and communities
Experience in generating leads through other media channels like YouTube and podcasts, webinars, or other online events
Has the ability to develop a good understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
Proficient in managing databases using CRM
Must have strong inner drive and self-discipline, proficiency in Excel
A proven track record of increasing sales revenue by hitting or exceeding targets.
Conscientious, hard-working, and driven to improve sales and activity performance beyond targets.
Good organisational and time management skills with the flexibility to reprioritise as necessary.
Ambitious, motivated, and sales-driven
