You will be expected to establish yourself as an influential advocate for our clients and company, generate quality leads, and provide regular anecdotal feedback to stakeholders.
Role Objectives
Build our clients' brand awareness and reputation
Reinforce and support client/customer relationships through positive customer experiences
Provide impactful anecdotal feedback and insights for our client(s)
Generate leads for our clients, complying with the expectations set by Quality Assurance
Responsibilities
Be knowledgeable on our clients' products/services
Conduct outbound cold-calls to customer data sets
Accurately and positively represent our clients
Accurately enter and correct data entries
Identify and communicate customer feedback, concerns, and complaints
Requirements
Skills and Qualifications
Skillfully communicative

Preferred Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent is acceptable
2+ years of outbound calling experience
2+ years of sales experience
