Lead Generation Specialist (Full-Time - Night Shift | US)
Full-time 40 hours per week
Php 30,000 to 35,000 take-home pay monthly
Monday to Friday, flexible between 9:00 pm - 8:00 am PHT Work Schedule

About the Client:
Our client based in the United States is a game-based talent discovery and predictive hiring platform company, using immersive video games to identify perfect-fit talent for jobs. They are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Lead Generation Specialist.
About the Role:
Develop deep understanding of the target market based on the technology solution offered
Prospect, generate, qualify, and process leads and appointment setting for external sales team
Qualify prospects and collect the information for the company to initiate engagement via telephone and mass email communication
Track results & create a clear reporting system for management, ensuring monthly goals are met
Continuously update and expand the database through other channels such as referrals, Google search, public lists/database
Be a team player open to any virtual administrative tasks as they arise-particularly scheduling and calendar management, online research, and monitoring support ticketing and responses
Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
3-5 years of proven experience in prospecting and lead generation in a B2B sales capacity
Experienced in B2B Lead Generation with preference in SaaS/enterprise software solutions
Data mining and researching skills using a variety of lead generation software
Experience extracting leads from online sources like Social Media (LinkedIn, Facebook groups and communities, podcasts, webinars or other online events)
Proficient in managing database using CRM like Salesforce, Google Sheets, and Excel
Experience in serving as a virtual assistant to management, including scheduling/calendar management, email support, travel booking, and general online tasks.
Proven track record of increasing sales revenue by hitting or exceeding lead generation targets
Conscientious, hard-working and driven to achieve performance beyond target
Good organizational and time management skills with the flexibility to reprioritize tasks easily.
Excellent level of proficiency and in written and spoken English language
Ambitious and motivated who excels in a dynamic, results driven environment
Strong communicator who enjoys going above expectations to be an integral part of any team
