Position Title: Lead Generation Specialist
Classification: Associate
Salary Grade: 20000 - 35000 Peso / month
Reports To: Account Manager, Client
Primary Relationships: Client Team
Date(s): January - February 2021
Background:
We are looking for Lead Generation Specialists to join our Solar Company! You will help to develop leads and appointments for Business Development Manager and Senior Sales Advisor. You contact potential customers to schedule appointments with their clients in order to help the sales pipeline. It's your job to set up appointments and find potential clients for the sales team. You're the first step in the prospecting process, and sales teams rely on your persuasive abilities and creative methods of finding potential customers. Your primary tool is usually through the telephone, though you might find new business through email and social media campaigns.
In order to do this role properly you should have amazing English skills, the ability to talk to anyone, and have the skill to be making outbound calls on the phone.
Main Roles:
You will be following making outbound calls to set appointments for our sales team.
Basically, you need to be dynamic, flexible, and hard working!
Schedule:
Must feel comfortable working US business hours (graveyard shift)
Responsibilities:
Ability to work independently, with limited required direction and guidance (of course, you will be trained and you will learn the style of your client before you're moved to independent mode!)
Responsible for prospecting, cold calling, emailing, using Linked in to identify new prospects
Responsible for qualifying potential prospects as worth or follow up or not
Responsible for identifying sales opportunities via variety of cold prospecting techniques
Display professional communication via phone, text, and email
Organize and scheduling meetings an appointments
Call new leads derived from lists or other sources
Must build the sales prospect pipeline using CRM
Phone management (inbound and outbound)
Task and project management
Requirements:
A minimum of 6 months in a BPO setting or equivalent as a Sales Representative, Sales Associate, Lead Generation, Appointment Setter, or Telemarketer
Bachelor Degree holder or equivalent experience in the BPO Industry
Basic knowledge of business development or outbound sales
Previous experience on a solar campaign required
Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent English language skills (written and speaking)
Good time management and task management skills
A positive, persistent, and professional can-do attitude
Professional and able to connect/make a great impression on the first call
Handle rejection well; move on to the next call quickly
Sound business judgement, integrity and commitment to excellence
Fast learner who can adapt to change (must know how to figure things out)
Competitive dialer who also has a team attitude
Noticeable organizational and prioritization skills
Ability to work independently and meticulously
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite
Able to demonstrate initiative
