Responsibilities:
Active reading and listening skills
Handle outbound and/or inbound customer prequalification call
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Excellent Communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-Task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Candidate Qualification:
Senior High School Graduate, High School Graduate, and College undergrad are welcome to apply.
With 1 YEAR of call center experience and at least 6 months experience in sales and lead generation (hard selling, cross selling or upselling)
Work Schedule: Nightshift/graveyard
