TECHNICAL(SOFTWARE) TRAINING LEAD
RESPONSIBILITIES:
This person would be responsible for the following:
training new people internally or with client
internal user guide documentation for wiki
client user guide documentation
Documenting FAQs
Documenting Support Knowledge base
Creating training videos
Training new developers on the software
JOB QUALIFICATION
Qualifications
Graduate of IT or any course
With at least 2 years of work experience as a Technical Training Lead
Understands the usage of the App and its functionalities and etc.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Understanding of common software development and software project management practices
Robust problem-solving skills
