All I.T., the leading go-to North American IT services dispatch provider with ten years of experience in providing onsite smart hands services to companies nationwide with a network of partners covering the United States, Canada and Mexico is seeking a results-driven, creative, well-spoken Lead Generation Specialist to assist the company in expanding its customer base.
To be successful as a Lead Generation Specialist, you must be adept at sourcing and researching decision makers that will potentially become prospects of the company. He/she must also have a strong business acumen, and demonstrate excellent management of data, communication and analytical skills.
Requirements
Essential duties and responsibilities :
Source, research and organize data to help the sales team convert and prospects
Create and maintain Lead lists focused on our ideal customer profile and industries
Use Hubspot CRM to capture information regarding leads as well as facilitate lead flow to others in the area
Document, track, and follow-up on leads generated
Update and perform data cleansing for leads in CRM
Conduct initial qualification of leads based on criterias and guideline provided
Communicate effectively at all points of contact with internal and external contacts
Provide feedback to others in the department related to information prospects share that could be helpful in advertising/marketing as well as our overall programs
Create reportorial tasks in MS Excel (knowledge creating pivot tables is a plus)
Other ad hoc tasks for the Sales Team (e.g. researching contact info by request of Sales Representatives)
Desired skills and experience
Associate degree or equivalent work experience
Previous lead generation sales experience preferred
Experience using a CRM system for sales lead tracking and reporting
Preferably with mid-level working knowledge in MS Excel
Experience with software sales preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication
Autonomous- enjoys working with minimal supervision
Detail oriented
Friendly, can-do attitude
Adaptable/flexible -- enjoys doing work that requires frequent shifts in direction
Exceptional organization and time management skills
Ambitious, self-motivated, thrives in a collaborative environment
