Professional Services Specialist/ Lead Engineers are the chief technical SMEs responsible for requirements gathering, end to end architecture design spanning across Openet and Partner components, software installation, solution customisation & technically leading testing and deployment phases.
What will your job look like?
-The role is intended to provide coordination and continuity to the customer and is the key technical "lead" for the internal Openet team.
-Using their close relationship with the customer, the Lead Engineer is also responsible for harvesting enhancements and adjunct modules to existing deployments
-To drive the product roadmap and ensure the optimum features are made available in order to reduce the cost of deployment and improve the quality of our solutions
-Responsible for the overall quality of solution deliverables, technical team leading and customer satisfaction.
-Take on owning the Architecture of the end to end customer solution including Openet and Partner's components.
- Drive technical teams through task definition and assignment in conjunction a Project Manager.
-Guide and empower Solution Delivery teams and ensure effective project teams are created.
All you need is...
-Bachelor's degree (4 year program) in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
-8 years of relevant experience
-Must have an experience with Java, C#, C++, Strong development background, Customer engagement experience, Linux scripting, Real time development experience in high performance
-Strong customer engagement/customer facing skills and leadership skills
-Preferably with experience in Database experience (Elastic, in-memory database), Telco experience, Diameter
-Experience with high performance real time and multi-threaded applications on UNIX/Linux (Redhat, CentOS preferable).
-Good Communication Skills
