Who You Are

Required Skills and Experience .X years of experience in project and/or service delivery .Ability to team effectively across a large organization to bring together high performing cross functional teams to deliver services for customers .Ability to represent a seamless customer solution by integrating multiple service areas .Ability to manage and govern large business-to-business multi-year service contracts .Ability to become a customer trusted advisor who can recognize business needs and follow through to revenue expanding wins .In-depth knowledge of business controls and cost accounting with ability to manage a large contract P&L Preferred Skills and Experience .Bachelor's degree .Six Sigma, PMP, and/or ITIL certifications .Successful long term customer relationship management
