JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for performing and completing the Responsible Business Services (RBS) Audit specified in the Quality Manual for RBS operations and other audits assigned and conducting specific training programs. Also responsible for providing assistance in marketing the division's services to clients and coaching auditors under training or supervision.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct and complete the whole audit required and agreed, either as a team member or team leader in accordance with RBS Global Procedures, ISO 17021, ISO 19011 and company documented procedures.
Conduct desk study of the client's code of conduct on Social audits, Technical audits, Quality audits, Environmental audits, Security audits, Chain of Custody audits, etc.
Prepare required report (according to the audit assignment) and itinerary as guide during audit.
Conduct audit on site or remotely according to procedures.
Prepare and completes audit package in accordance with the specified turn-around time.
Communicate with or attend to client inquiries related to the system standard where they had been qualified to audit
Review and customize training materials, when needed, and conducts training on specific programs as determined by the Division.
Provide coaching and performance feedback for auditors under training or supervision.
Support Sales and Marketing Executives activities. This may be through direct involvement in the sales process (client visits or calls) or through provision of technical or commercial support to local staff.
Ensure compliance to the Group and national policies including but not limited to the maintenance of the Quality Management System
Comply with the QHSE policies including but not limited to:
Demonstrate strong commitment to company's HSE Policies, Procedures, and Work Instructions by participating in safety meetings, completing required training, intervening in unsafe situations, refusing unsafe work, and complying fully with all applicable laws and regulations related to HSE.
Respond appropriately to emergency situations and assists other staff members in maintaining readiness to respond to emergencies within the workplace.
In accordance with the company's HSE Management System requirements, dispose of, or direct the disposal of, waste generated as a part of daily work performed in a safe manner and in compliance with all waste transportation and disposal regulations and requirements.
Report all incidents (actual incidents and near misses) in accordance with the company's Incident reporting requirements.
Use all equipment (including safety equipment) in the manner intended and report any damaged / lost equipment to supervisor.
Maintain a safe and tidy worksite.
Maintain awareness of hazards and propose controls to supervisor, HSE Representatives or relevant client / site contact.
Actively participate in incident investigations and risk assessments as deemed necessary by company's management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree
Successfully completed recognized Lead Auditor training (ISO 17021 / ISO 19011)
Meets IRCA requirements for RLA.
Recognized approval as second-party auditor, or training to achieve such sign-off
Preferably with minimum two years' experience of supply chain activities
Experience working within a certified quality system (ISO 9001: 2018 QMS, ISO 17021 Conformity Assessment)
Experience in project management preferred but not required
Excellent command of English (written and verbal)
