Job Description
JOB TITLE: Lead Associate- Operations (GDS & Concur)
CAMPAIGN: Travel 
HEADCOUNT: 2
SALARY: 30-40K 
LOCATION: Bridgetowne, QC
SHIFT: Night Shift
TARGET START DATE: ASAP
QUALIFICATIONS:
• At least 5 yrs. experience in Travel
• Must have experience in using any GDS tools.                                                                                                                      
•  Knowledgeable on online services platform such as Concur, Deem, etc.
• Amenable to work onsite in Quezon City
RESPONSIBILITIES/JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for supporting product implementations, client training, and applying GDS expertise 
in the support of an online services platform.
The Platform includes, but is not limited to, multiple travel booking tools, fulfilment systems, an 
Independent profile system, PNR flow management and various system travel planning features.
Additional responsibilities include Internal and External Project Management, 2nd-level support 
for the Account’s e-commerce team, and custom portal configurations.
