We provide small business owners a stress-free platform that captures bookings from anywhere online, manages service delivery through smart algorithms and processes payments seamlessly, allowing for fast business growth. We are looking for an ambitious and action-oriented Lead and Demand Generation Associate to take ownership of the research and conversion of potential clients. This role will work closely with management in growth hacking strategies.
Responsibilities
Conduct research for target markets, focused on client and channel partner mapping as well as competitor analysis
Create, maintain and grow market list of potential clients
Contact, qualify and engage with new leads using different channels of communication
Take ownership of KPIs for lead generation and lead quality
Assist in content creation and market segmentation to match identified needs potential client base
Maintain and develop the client success knowledge base
Be a Supertap culture and values ambassador
You have:
1-2 years experience in B2B sales or business development
A track record of initiative, ingenuity and growth mindset
Excellent communication skills, proficient in English, written and verbal
Keen interest in website and customer metrics
You are:
Intrigued by technology and what good it can do to the world
Willing and able to experiment
Data-driven and disciplined. You seek objective truth in decision-making
Not afraid of manual tasks but also find ways to automate. You are hands-on.
Bonus points if:
You have exposure to either the US or UK small business markets
Associate / Supervisor Management and Consultancy Internet 1 opening Bachelor's degree graduate
